I was looking for melatonin and my son's pediatrician sent me to Natural Grocers.

Melatonin is a hormone, so I went to the hormone aisle in the store.

And it didn't cost me anything!

I just know smart ways to buy the healthiest food and smart ways to cook it.

The upshot in the book is we Americans cook the heck out of our food.  If we cook with less oil, less heat, and quickly get it out of the pan as soon as it is cooked, we capture the nutrition.
