I have a hit counter on pages at the journal, so I can see what works and doesn't work for stories.  Low hits: dull.  High number of hits: useful.

Free stuff page by that measure is a fabulous success.  Five thousand hits in the past three months, and 15,000 hits in all of 2013, that is success by internet measurement.

I hoped to find successful methods people could use to manage their stress several years ago.  I wanted to give away the ebooks and audio books that I wrote!  My business manager said I was crazy!  Well, I'm giving them away!

People from all over the world have come here to Good Day Journal.  I have a traffic spotter and I can see where people were traveling before they came here.  Most were on Google, thank you Google, and others have come to me from: Saudi Arabia, England, Russia, Eastern Europe, America, Canada, and countries in South America and Africa.  Thank you to all of you for giving my books a look!

My ebooks allow you to hear me read my books, and the pdf's let you read them.  They are on the free stuff page under "Dr. Jensen's Cloud."

They have saved people thousands of dollars, just by being able to manage the stress more effectively, using the techniques I describe in the books.  You are not learning anything really new.  These chapters are each about one person's story about what they did using their common sense to find the wisdom within them to solve a problem.

For those following the growing list of chapters, I now have crossed the 1,100 number.  I am working on releasing books on Amazon.com in the near future.  I thank you, my readers and listeners, for using my site, and letting me know what works and doesn't work in the tools you work with to manage stress and improve your success.

Recently I have summarized all the books and chapters under one heading: optimism.  All of these techniques are a part of that optimistic attitude, of using your common sense and hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.  Truly our brain is the most wonderful part of our body with all it can accomplish.
